The COVID-19 pandemic has doubled the dilemma and problem in the education systems by closing schools and educational institutions in all countries. In this article, an attempt has been made for sharing the personal experience and experience of some universities in other countries in the education system during the COVID-19 with teachers, professors, planners, and policymakers in the field of education and learning to reduce crisis and improve the educational system. In this study, the teaching of theoretical courses, especially in undergraduate and graduate levels by the synchronous virtual learning environments, solving problems, exercises and issues with the asynchronous virtual method, Ph.D. courses by a hybrid online environment, and lab courses in the at-home laboratory program as the most appropriate approach is proposed. Given that E-learning costs are greatly reduced (transportation, accommodation, etc.), it is suggested that cost savings be spent on upgrading E-learning and virtual education infrastructure. عدم دسترسی بیش از 250 میلیون نفر از کودکان و نوجوانان در دوره ابتدایی و متوسطه به مدرسه، میزان بالای ترک تحصیلی و توزیع ناعادلانه امکانات آموزشی از جمله چالش‌های جدی سیستم‌های آموزشی و یادگیری در سطح جهان قبل از اپیدمی کووید-19 بود. اپیدمی و همه‌گیری کووید-19 با به تعطیلی کشاندن تمامی مقاطع آموزشی در کلیه کشورها، چالش در سیستم آموزشی را مضاعف کرده است. در این نوشته کوشش شده است تجربه شخصی و تجربه برخی از دانشگاه‌های سایر کشورها در آموزش در دوره کووید-19 با معلمان، استادان، برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران حوزه آموزش و یادگیری با هدف کاهش آسیب‌ها و بهبود در سیستم آموزشی به اشتراک گذاشته شود. در این مطالعه ارائه دروس نظری به‌ویژه در مقاطع کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد به روش مجازی همزمان و رفع اشکال و حل مسائل و تمرینات با روش مجازی ناهمزمان، دروس مقطع دکتری روش مجازی ترکیبی و برای دروس آزمایشگاهی آزمایش در خانه به‌عنوان مناسب‌ترین شیوه پیشنهاد شده است. با توجه به اینکه در آموزش مجازی تا حدود زیادی هزینه‌ها کاهش می‌یابد (ایاب و ذهاب، خوابگاه، و...)، پیشنهاد می‌شود صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌ها برای ارتقای زیرساخت‌های آموزش مجازی هزینه شود. https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_242327_f7761aaec7605616baffa6a79dc1c1a2.pdf
