The evolution of science in Iran and the transition from quantitative to qualitative was the right and planned path, which was able to put the country's universities in the world class, and now their further promotion is on the agenda so that Iran can take its true place in global teaching. We are now witnessing the growth of knowledge-based companies and the application of science in the service of society. Universities have put community-centered education on their agenda to fulfill the dream of "Global Thinking and Local Application". The ability of Iran in all areas, is due to Iran's scientific growth and has now become a global belief. Now it is the time entrepreneurship, creating wealth from science, creating hope, creating confidence, developing scientific discourses, and expressing progress in the field of practice, scientific diplomacy in the world and creating scientific publishing centers by capable scientific associations and the private sector. The necessity of balancing science among all aspects of science requires that all the scientific potential of the country be used. All disciplines in all three fields of science, social sciences, and humanities, as well as the arts, must work together to achieve the desired scientific and global development, because in today's world, research requires a comprehensive view of all disciplines. باور "ما می‌توانیم" موجب ایجاد موفق دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی ایران شد و نتیجه آن تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص و کارآمد شد و آنگاه رشد کمیت مستندات علمی کشور را به دنبال داشت و در سال گذشته میلادی (2019) رتبه جهانی ما را به شانزده رساند. تکامل علم در ایران و عبور از کمّیت‌گرایی به کیفی‌گرایی، مسیر درست و برنامه‌ریزی شده‌ای بود که توانست دانشگاه‌های کشور را در جایگاه جهانی قرار دهد و اکنون ارتقا بیش از پیش آنها در دستورکار است تا ایران اسلامی بتواند به جایگاه واقعی خود در تعلیم و تعلم جهانی برسد. اکنون شاهد رشد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و به‌کارگیری علم در خدمت جامعه هستیم. دانشگاه‌ها، جامعه محوری را در دستورکار آموزش، پژوهش‌ و سیاست‌های علمی خود قرار داده تا رؤیای "جهانی اندیشیدن و بومی عمل‌کردن" را به زودی شاهد آن باشد. توانایی ایران اسلامی در همه زمینه‌ها مرهون رشد علمی ایران بوده و اکنون به یک باور جهانی تبدیل شده است. حال وقت اشتغال و کارآفرینی، ایجاد ثروت از علم از مسیر مطلوب، امیدآفرینی، اطمینان‌آفرینی، توسعه گفتمان‌های علمی و بیان پیشرفت‌ها در حوزه عمل، دیپلماسی علمی در جهان و ایجاد مراکز نشر علمی به‌دست انجمن‌های علمی توانمند و بخش خصوصی می‌باشد. ضرورت توازن علم در بین همه ابعاد دانش‌آفرینی ایجاب می‌کند که از تمام توان علمی کشور بهره‌برداری شود. می‌باید با تفکر بین رشته‌ای، هر سه حوزه علوم، علوم اجتماعی و علوم انسانی به‌علاوه هنر همگام با هم عمل نمایند تا به رشد علمی جهانی مطلوب برسیم، چرا که در جهان امروز تحقیق نیازمند نگاه جامع از سوی همه رشته‌های علمی است. https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_242328_33d0d499b39ab60a53ae3d6d27bb83c6.pdf
