Science and technology diplomacy is step to connect science and technology to foreign policy and diplomacy for the development of science and technology and trying to use science and technology to diplomatic goals. More than two decades ago and does quotation science and technology diplomacy, in this time, science and technology based approaches to diplomacy. In this study attempts to examine the experiences and approaches of different countries in the field of Science and technology diplomacy and the introduction of active centers in this area, expressed Indicators of new approaches to science and technology diplomacy. In the following, the Islamic Republic of Iran to implement policies and programs in science and technology diplomacy and use of this tool for the development of science and technology and the political development and finally offered suggestions for improving this field. <span id="docs-internal-guid-75dd5907-7fff-56cb-2cc0-dcfc4d9d91c7"><span>یکی از مهم ترین مباحث سیاستگذاری علم و فناوری، دیپلماسی علم و فناوری می باشد. دیپلماسی علم و فناوری قدمی است برای ارتباط علم و فناوری به سیاست خارجه کشور برای دستیابی به توسعه دوطرفه و استفاده از دیپلماسی برای توسعه علم و فناوری و تلاش برای استفاده از علم و فناوری در جهت اهداف دیپلماتیک. بیش از دو دهه از مطرح شدن موضوع دیپلماسی علم و فناوری می گذرد و در این مدت، رویکردهای مختلفی به دیپلماسی علم و فناوری شکل گرفته است. در این پژوهش تلاش می شود تا بررسی تجارب و رویکردهای کشورهای مختلف در حوزه دیپلماسی علم و فناوری و معرفی مراکز فعال در این عرصه، شاخص های رویکردهای نوین دیپلماسی علم و فناوری بیان شود. در ادامه، سیاست و برنامه های جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای تحقق دیپلماسی علم و فناوری و استفاده از این ابزار برای توسعه علم و فناوری و توسعه سیاسی بیان می شود و در انتها پیشنهادهایی برای پیشرفت و گسترش این حوزه ارائه می شود.</span></span> https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_242352_eb668c73402c2417d59b838f001e86ad.pdf
