بنیاد پیشبرد علم و فن آوری ایران نشاء علم 2008-935X 10 2 2020 05 21 Evaluating of Iran Scientific Documents in 2019 بررسی اسناد علمی ایران در سال 2019 68 99 242527 FA علی اکبر صبوری دانشگاه تهران،مرکز تحقیقات بیوشیمی و بیوفیزیک،بیوفیزیک 0000-0003-0604-9465 Journal Article 2020 04 21 Based on the number of recorded indexes in the Web of Science (WOS) in Clarivate Analytics, the number of Iranian scientific documents is 47260 (2.06% of the world value and rank of 16; one improvement stage compared to the previous year) in science, 3164 (0.77% of the world value and rank of 32; similar to the previous year) in social sciences, 244 (0.21% of the world value and rank of 40; four improvement stage compared to the previous year) in art and humanities and 48292 (1.87% of the world value and rank of 16; one improvement stage compared to the previous year) in total, in 2019. Increase the number of scientific documents relative to past year was 14.3%, which in comparison to two before years shows much more acceleration. In 2019, Iran was able to surpass Switzerland in the production of scientific documents and increase its rank from 17th to 16th. In Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), Iran had 11389 records of indexes in 2019 and by 3.3% contribution obtained the rank of ninth, similar to the previous year. Similar to the last year, USA, China and England were the ranks of one to three in the world due to their contributions of 26.5%, 20.5% and 7.0%, respectively, for scientific documents productions in 2019. University of Tehran, Tehran University of Medical Science, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science, Tarbiat Modares University and Amir Kabir University of Technology were the five top governmental universities in 2019 respectively, as the previous year. 15.0% of scientific documents are related to the all branches of Islamic Azad University in 2019. The number of highly-cited and hot articles in the country along with the number of citations to published Iranian articles has been growing well, which shows the growth of the quality of scientific documents in the past few years. بر اساس تعداد نمایه‌های ثبت شده در وبگاه علم مؤسسه اطلاعات علمی کلاریویت آنالیتیکس در سال 2019، تعداد اسناد علمی منتشر شده ایران در علوم 47260 (06/2 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه شانزدهم جهان، یک رتبه رشد نسبت به سال قبل)، در علوم اجتماعی 3164 (77/0 درصد مقدار جهانی و مثل سال قبل رتبه سی و دوم جهان) و در علوم انسانی و هنر 244 (21/0 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه چهلم جهان، چهار رتبه رشد نسبت به سال قبل) و در مجموع 48292 (87/1 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه شانزدهم، یک رتبه رشد نسبت به سال قبل) می‌باشد. افزایش تعداد اسناد علمی ایران نسبت به سال قبل 3/14 درصد بوده است که در مقایسه با دو سال قبل، از شتاب بیشتری برخوردار بوده است. در سال 2019، ایران توانست در تولید اسناد علمی، سوئیس را پشت سر گذاشته و رتبه خود را از هفدهم به شانزدهم ارتقا دهد. به‌علاوه، در نمایه استنادی نشریات نوظهور (ESCI)، هم با ثبت 11389 نمایه و سهم 3/3 درصدی جهان، ایران در رتبه نهم (مثل سال قبل) تولید این اسناد قرار گرفته است. همچون سال گذشته، کشورهای امریکا، چین و انگلستان به ترتیب با 5/26، 5/20 و 0/7 درصد سهم از تولید اسناد علمی جهان در رده‌های یک تا سه قرارداشته‌اند. دانشگاه‌های تهران، علوم پزشکی تهران، علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، تربیت مدرس و امیرکبیر، به‌ترتیب و همانند سال قبل، پنج دانشگاه برتر دولتی اسناد تولید علم در سال 2019 بوده‌اند. مجموعه واحدهای دانشگاه‌ آزاد اسلامی در پانزده درصد اسناد علمی تولیدی سال 2019 نقش داشته‌اند. تعداد مقالات پرارجاع و داغ کشور به همراه تعداد ارجاعات به مقالات منتشرشده ایران از رشد خوبی برخوردار بوده است که نشان از رشد کیفیت تولیدات اسناد علمی کشور در چند سال گذشته است.  https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_242527_6325978807900e657b7ba9d82f06a648.pdf
