Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of lean and principles of lean higher education in universities and higher education institutions in Iran and abroad. To achieve this purpose, a systematic review of past articles and reports between 2005 and 2019 was used. The results of this study showed that all studies conducted in Iran and abroad have supported the application of the principles of lean higher education. Although the study does not provide an in-depth analysis in this regard and only presents the aspects of the studies done, nevertheless, it can increase the understanding of academic administrators and change their attitudes in the importance of applying these principles. Based on the findings of this study, the implementation of the principles of lean higher education in the academic system of Iran requires a change in the mentality of academic administrators, compilation and review of academic strategic planning based on the five principles of lean, holding workshops about the lean higher education for academic staff and administrators and also, the establishment of an office called the Office of Lean Higher Education in universities. امروز اصول آموزش عالی ناب به عنوان راهبردی برای کاهش هزینه ها و اتلاف ها و متعاقب آن بهبود کیفیت و اثربخشی در دانشگاه ها بکار گرفته می شود. براین اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اصول آموزش عالی ناب در دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی داخل و خارج از کشور بود. برای نیل به این مقصود، از روش مرور سیستماتیک مقاله ها و گزارش های پیشین بین سال های 2005 تا 2019 استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که همه مطالعات انجام شده در سطح داخل و خارج از کشور از بکارگیری اصول ناب در آموزش عالی حمایت کرده اند. اگرچه پژوهش ما، تحلیل عمیقی را در این خصوص ارائه نمی دهد و صرفاً به ارائه جوانب پژوهش های انجام شده پرداخته است، ولی با این وجود، می تواند به افزایش درک بیشتر مدیران دانشگاهی کشور و تغییر در نگرش آن ها در راستای اهمیت بکارگیری این اصول کمک کند. براساس یافته های این پژوهش، پیاده سازی اصول آموزش عالی ناب در نظام دانشگاهی کشور مستلزم تغییر در ذهنیت مدیران دانشگاهی، تدوین و بازنگری در برنامه ریزی راهبردی دانشگاه ها مبتنی بر اصول پنج گانه ناب، برگزاری کارگاه-های دانش‌افزایی پیرامون آموزش عالی ناب و ایجاد دفتری تحت عنوان دفتر آموزش عالی ناب در دانشگاه ها است. https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_247558_f40b5eb807f9648d68723baee3e8a7cc.pdf
