A national roadmap for sustaining scientific talent requires a comprehensive, forward-looking, non-critical, and ethically grounded perspective—one that emphasizes creating attractiveness, opportunity, and motivation for scientific activity within the country.<br>First, establishing a sustainable supportive ecosystem is fundamental. Building scientific networks, national and reference laboratories, and innovation centers can create a dynamic environment for growth, creativity, and the flourishing of talent. Second, strengthening professional and career pathways for researchers is essential, including long-term research opportunities, support for interdisciplinary projects, and the establishment of job security across academic and industrial sectors. Third, expanding international collaboration can enhance the attractiveness of staying in the country. Short-term exchange programs, joint research collaborations, and access to global scientific infrastructure enable academic growth while preserving researchers’ ties with their home country. Fourth, recognition and visibility are important motivational factors; showcasing successful role models, organizing scientific festivals, fostering a culture of appreciation for research achievements, strengthening social respect, and ensuring transparent, merit-based promotion systems all reinforce the social standing of knowledge.<br>Finally, supporting the quality of life of researchers including welfare services, housing support packages, supplemental insurance, education for their children, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle plays a crucial role in retention. Likewise, facilitating academic pathways for talented students and enabling their entry into desired fields of study without entrance examinations can strengthen the foundations for developing and sustaining scientific talent.<br>Such a roadmap, by cultivating hope, opportunity, and a shared scientific and social identity, can pave the way for the long-term sustainability of talent and enhance job security and forward-looking capacity within the scientific community.<br>                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Ali A. Moosavi- Movahedi<br>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Editor-in-Chief در سال‌های اخیر، پایداری و ماندگاری استعدادهای علمی به یکی از موضوعات کلیدی در توسعه علمی کشورها تبدیل شده است. نقشه راه ملی برای ماندگاری استعدادهای علمی نیازمند نگاهی جامع، آینده‌نگر، غیرانتقادی و اخلاق‌محور است؛ نگاهی که بر ایجاد جذابیت، فرصت و انگیزه برای فعالیت علمی در داخل کشور تأکید دارد.<br>نخست، ایجاد زیست‌بوم حمایتی پایدار اهمیت بنیادین دارد. شکل‌گیری شبکه‌های علمی، آزمایشگاه‌های مرجع و ملی و مراکز نوآوری می‌تواند محیطی پویا برای رشد، خلاقیت و شکوفایی استعدادها فراهم آورد. دوم، تقویت مسیرهای حرفه‌ای و شغلی پژوهشگران ضروری است؛ از جمله ارائه فرصت‌های پژوهشی بلندمدت، حمایت از طرح‌های بین‌رشته‌ای و ایجاد امنیت شغلی در مسیرهای دانشگاهی و صنعتی می باشد. سوم، گسترش تعاملات بین‌المللی می‌تواند جذابیت ماندگاری را افزایش دهد. برنامه‌های تبادل کوتاه‌مدت، همکاری‌های پژوهشی مشترک و دسترسی به زیرساخت‌های علمی جهانی امکان رشد علمی را فراهم کرده و در عین حال پیوند پژوهشگران با کشور را استوار نگه می‌دارد. چهارم، تقدیر و دیده‌شدن از عوامل مهم انگیزش است؛ معرفی الگوهای موفق، جشنواره‌های علمی، فرهنگ قدردانی از دستاوردهای پژوهشی، احترام اجتماعی و نظام ارتقای شفاف و مبتنی بر شایستگی جایگاه اجتماعی دانش را تقویت می‌کند.<br>در نهایت، توجه به کیفیت زندگی پژوهشگران از خدمات رفاهی و بسته‌های حمایتی مسکن تا بیمه تکمیلی، آموزش فرزندان و ترویج سبک زندگی سالم و بهداشت نقشی اساسی در ماندگاری دارد. همچنین، تسهیل مسیر تحصیلی دانشجویان مستعد و امکان ورود آنان به رشته‌های مورد علاقه بدون آزمون کنکور می‌تواند پایه‌های شکل‌گیری و تداوم استعدادهای علمی را تقویت کند.<br>چنین نقشه راهی با ایجاد امید، فرصت و هویت علمی و اجتماعی، قادر است مسیر پایداری استعدادها را هموار ساخته و امنیت شغلی و آینده‌نگری را در جامعه علمی ارتقاء دهد.<br><br>                                                                                                                                                                                         علی اکبر موسوی موحدی<br>                                                                                                                                                                                                       سردبیر https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_733108_61f26aa00fc40a92b65eb28b4d38ec6f.pdf
