Physical inactivity and obesity, sedentary lifestyle, long term exposure to free radicals caused by stress, cigarette smoking and consumption of alcohol are important factors in diabetes. Excess energy stores as triglycerides in adipose tissue and when the storage capacity of adipose tissue is exceeded, lipids can accumulate in some organs which can cause insulin resistance in them. It was demonstrated that activation of brown adipose tissue at cold climate, by consuming the stored lipids, might be reduced insulin resistance. Climate change and global warming directly and indirectly enforce the stress to the society and imposes various diseases, specially diabetes type 2. Considering the global warming phenomena it could be concluded that changing the lifestyle is necessary to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.}, keywords = {type 2 diabetes,Global warming,Obesity,Adipose tissue,Stress,Diseases}, title_fa = {تغییرات اقلیم زمین و بیمار یها: نقش گرمایش زمین در افزایش دیابت نوع 2}, abstract_fa = {دیابت نوع 2 یکی از قدیم یترین بیماری ها شناخته شده است. عوامل محیطی و زمینه های وراثتی در ابتا به این بیماری نقش دارند. معیارهای مهمی در سبک زندگی مانند تغذیه، عدم تحرک و افزایش وزن، افسردگی، مواجهه با استرس و رادیکال های آزاد ایجادشده، استفاده از دخانیات و مصرف الکل روند ابتا به بیماری را در افراد سرعت می بخشد. مازاد انرژی دریافتی در بدن به شکل انواعی از خانواده لیپیدها در بافت چربی و در صورت تکمیل ظرفیت این بافت در برخی بافت های دیگر ذخیره م یشود. ذخیره چربی در بافت های دیگر موجب ایجاد مقاومت به انسولین می شود. نشان داده شده است که فعال شدن بافت چربی قهوه ای در سرما موجب سوختن چربی ذخیره شده و آزاد شدن انرژی می شود. قرار گرفتن طولان یمدت بدن در محیط گرم با غیرفعال نگه داشتن بافت چربی با افزایش مقاومت به انسولین و قندی شدن هموگلوبین ارتباط دارد. تغییرات اقلیم و گرمایش جهانی بطور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم به جامعه استرس وارد می نماید که این تنش بیماری های گوناگون را به جامعه تحمیل می نماید. با توجه به مطالب ارائه شده می توان پیشنهاد می شود با توجه به روند گرمایش جهانی تغییر سبک زندگی و عادت های غذایی برای کاهش خطر ابتا به دیابت نوع 2 ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {دیابت نوع 2,گرمایش جهانی,افزایش وزن,بافت چربی,استرس,بیماری ها}, url = {https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_242650.html}, eprint = {https://www.sciencecultivation.ir/article_242650_fafabe06a7a849bfc4c9050086516d34.pdf} }
