Abstract
This paper presents a comprehensive examination of the applications of mathematics in everyday life. Given the proven significance of mathematics in the advancement of modern civilization, we seek to answer the fundamental question of how mathematical concepts can assist in solving daily problems and life decisions. We will discuss aspects of mathematical applications in medicine and its role in advancing medical science. Additionally, with an in-depth focus on two crucial subjects Operations Research and Graph Theory, we demonstrate how mathematical methods can be effectively utilized in managing constraints, optimal decision-making, and future planning. Through practical and tangible examples from real life, we show how mathematical concepts such as optimization, problem modeling, and dynamic planning can assist us in daily decision-making and problem-solving. We also examine important characteristics that studying mathematics develops in individuals, including creativity cultivation, orderliness, precision, and the ability to solve complex problems. Finally, through presenting a practical and applied approach, we demonstrate how mathematical concepts can be employed to enhance the quality of decisions and life plans.
