چکیده

ﺧﻮاب ﺳﺎﻟﻢ در ﺷﺐ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖهای ﺑﺪن و ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ کننده روح و روان اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدهد ﮐﻪ ﺧﻮاب ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺳﻢزداﯾﯽ از ﺑﺪن ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و ﻣﻮاد زاﺋﺪ را از ﻣﻐﺰ ﺧﺎرج ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﺧﻮاب ﺷﻔﺎﺑﺨﺶ و ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ کننده اﺳﺖ و ﯾﮑﯽ از بهترﯾﻦ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪان ها ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم ﻣﻼﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ در ﺧﻮاب ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و اﺳﺘﺮس های اﯾﺎم ﺑﯿﺪاری را ﺟﻤﻊآوری و ﺟﺎروب ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. در اﯾﺎم ﺑﯿﺪاری، ﺑﺪن دﭼﺎر اﻧﻮاع اﺳﺘﺮس ها ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و ﺧﻮاب ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه آن اﺳﺖ. ﺷﺎﯾﺎن ذﮐﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺧﻮاب ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺮاﺣﺖ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ و ﺧﻮاب ﺳﺎﻟﻢ در ﺷﺐ اﯾﺎﻣﯽ که ﺧﻮرﺷﯿﺪ ﺣﻀﻮر ﻧﺪارد ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻣﺮوز و شهرﻧﺸﯿﻨﯽ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﯽرویه ﻣﺮدم از ﻟﻮازم ارﺗﺒﺎطﺟﻤﻌﯽ ﻣﺠﺎزی ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺧﻮاب ﺟﺎمعه ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﯾﺎفته و ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ در دﯾﺮ وﻗﺖ ﺑﺮای ﺧﻮاب مهیا ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺣﺘﯽ وﻗﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮاب ﻣﯽروﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮ و ﺻﺪاهای ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎنﺳﺎزی و دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻮارد ﺑﯿﺪار ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ و ﺗﺎزه ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﺷﺎن ﻣﯽزﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎی آن در ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻏﯿﺮ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ (ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ) ﺷﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮاب روﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ قصه ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ ﺳﻢزداﯾﯽ ﻧﺸﻮد و اﺳﺘﺮس ﻓﺮاوان در ﺑﺪن ﺑﺎﻗﯽ ﻣﺎنده و ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻧﻮاع ﺑﻼﯾﺎ و ﻧﺎهنجاری ها ﺑﺮای ﻓﺮد و ﺟﺎمعه ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻧﺎآراﻣﯽ ﺑﺪن و ﻣﻐﺰ ﺷﺪه، ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی هم ﭘﺎﺋﯿﻦ ﻣﯽآﯾﺪ و داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزان، داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و اﺳﺘﺎدان ﻧﻤﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ بهینه به ﮔﺴﺘﺮش داﻧﺶ و ﭘﮋوهش ﺑﭙﺮدازﻧﻨﺪ و در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﺧﺴﺎرت ﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﻢ، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ و اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮوز اﻧﻮاع ﺑﯿﻤﺎری های ﻧﻮظهور و ﻧﺎآراﻣﯽها ﻣﯽاﻧﺠﺎﻣﺪ. ﻟﺬا ﻻزم اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ دﺳﺖ اﻧﺪرﮐﺎران ﻋﻠﻤﯽ- ﻓﺮهنگی ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖهای مهم ﺑﺮای ﺧﻮاب ﺳﺎﻟﻢ در ﺷﺐ را ﺑﺮای ﻣﺮدم ﺑﯿﺎن دارﻧﺪ و بهﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ مهم در ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻓﺮد و ﺟﺎمعه ﻓﺮهنگ ﺳﺎزی ﺷﻮد. اﻣﺮوز ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ، ﺑﻨﯿﺎدها و اﻧﺠﻤﻦهای ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در ﺧﺼﻮص ﺧﻮاب ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ و ﯾﮏ ﺷﺎخه مهم ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از زواﯾﺎی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻣﯽﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ آن ﺗﻮجه ﺷﻮد. ﻧﺸﺮیه ﻧﺸﺎء ﻋﻠﻢ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت مهم ﻋﻠﻢ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ را در ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﺧﻮد و ﺳﺨﻦ ﺳﺮدﺑﯿﺮی ﻣﺘﺬﮐﺮ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، اﻣﯿﺪ اﺳﺖ ﺧﻮاﻧﻨﺪﮔﺎن اﯾﻦ ﻧﺸﺮیه ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ از آن بهره مند ﺷﻮﻧﺪ و اﯾﻦ هشدارها را در ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺧﻮد به ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮﻧﺪ.

Sleep and Detoxification of the Body

چکیده [English]

Healthy sleep at night is the infrastructure for other body activities and regulates the spirit. Scientific research shows that sleep detoxifies the body and removes waste from the brain. Sleep is healing and restorative and one of the best antioxidants called melatonin is produced in healthy sleep and relieves waking stress. During waking, the body experiences a variety of stresses and sleep is restored. It is worth noting that sleep is different from rest and healthy sleep is defined at night when the sun is not present. Today condition, the people's over-use of virtualized social media devices which are changing the time of sleep, and people usually going to sleep late. Even when they fall asleep, they are awakened by the noise of construction and etc. and may sleep in non-biological clocks. This story causes the body to not detoxify well and there is a lot of stress left in the body, causing a variety of disasters and anomalies for the individual and society. In this state of body and brain disruption, learning is reduced and pupils, students, teachers and professors cannot optimally expand knowledge and research and overall national damage to science, production and economics in addition to emerging diseases and unrests. Therefore, it is essential that scientific-cultural authorities should express important policies for healthy sleep at night and that they should be cultured as an important lifestyle for the health of the individual and society. Today, scientific centers, scientific foundations and associations are researching and practicing on the subject of sleep, and it is an important branch of science that needs to be addressed from different angles. Science Cultivation (Journal) attempt to highlight life knowledge and science in its articles and editorials, hoping readers of this journal can benefit from them and apply this awareness to their lifestyle.
