The most important place to keep scholars, researchers, teachers, students, pupils are respecting to them verbally and practical and paying special attention to the dignity of their lives. Successful countries paid attention to this, and today they have great achievements for a better life. The government and the nation are well deserved to protect their scholars, intellectuals and knowledge characters in order to better govern the country and have a well-educated and wellbeing society.
